FTP Access Information

A user name and password are required to login to JBPro’s FTP site. If you do not have a user name and password, please contact our office. If you already have valid login credentials, then click on the link/button below to be taken to the FTP site. Once there, you will be prompted for your user name and password. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive. Your web browser’s passive mode may be required to properly view and access the files and folders. If you have difficulty, please see the Configuration Note below for more information.

Access Using Windows Explorer or Other FTP Programs

If you would prefer to use Windows Explorer or a dedicated FTP program to access the site, then the address to use is:

ftp.jbprogroup.com

As with web browser access, passwords are case sensitive and passive mode may be required to properly view and access the files and folders. Again, if you have difficulty, please see the Configuration Note below for more information.

Configuration Note

You may need to make a change to your “Internet Options” in Internet Explorer to access the FTP site. Other browsers and FTP programs may require a similar change. If you use the browser link and it takes you to a blank page or gives you an error message, then change your browser settings to use “Passive FTP” access (found under Tools > Internet Options > Advanced in Internet Explorer - for other browsers, check your settings for “Passive Mode” or similar). The same applies to Windows Explorer or other FTP access programs. After making the configuration change, close your browser or FTP program, and then try opening the site again. If you are still unable to access the files on the site, please let us know.
